Production Facility

Our production facility is designed in accordance with GMP and ISO 22000: 2018 food safety standards to ensure we are consistently producing high-quality products.

In addition to the principle of one-way personnel and material flow, critical production and storage areas are monitored and recorded 24 hours a day through the automation system. GMP protocols are based on all stages of production and storage.

Our products are developed to meet international standards with an innovative approach in formulation design, raw material, and packaging materials selection at the R&D stage and are monitored and analyzed at every stage of production.

Bioresearch Center

Our Bioresearch Center is a single location with a total of 915 m², including 203 m² of office space and 712 m² of laboratory space. It has been specially designed for technical personnel to carry out appropriate workspaces and research activities.

Our Bioresearch Center’s R&D strategies are based on three pillars:

  • To scientifically examine natural products that have traditional uses as old as the history of humanity, and to develop them with modern medicine. 
  • To focus on potential innovative products by identifying humanity’s future needs
  • To develop innovative raw materials through its extensive biotechnology infrastructure and knowledge base while constantly working to improve

Our R&D studies on domestic probiotic production from breast milk, which we started in 2017, continue at full speed. We are investigating the adhesion of our probiotics obtained from breast milk to the intestines and their effects on colon cancer. The scaling studies of our probiotic bacteria obtained from breast milk are carried out at the Bioresearch Center Probiotic Pilot Facility, where our 0.3-3-30 and 300L reactors are located. We have reached the final stage of scaling studies of our Lactobacillus rhamnosus NBC 14 strain in our pilot facility. We are happy to add a new member to our probiotics ready for industrial production.
