Decent Amount Of Omega-3

Omega-3 complex is possibly one of the most important molecules for the overall health. This is clearly emphasized by Dr. Rhonda Patrick and other renowned scientists. I always try to follow this principle, ensuring to obtain it by ingesting fish or supplements. Orzax’s fish oil provides a decent amount of Omega-3, being 252mg DHA and 384mg EPA, per serving size. They have a pleasant lemon scent and do not cause any aftertastes or burps. I consume two capsules at lunch every day.

Easy to swallow!

I got this for my mom. She was recommended to take fish oil. She did not like taking the actual oil and decided to buy the pills. She had trouble swallowing pills especially if they were in big sizes. We tried 2 different brands but it was not easy for her to take them. When I got these pills she did not have any issues taking them since their sizes were smaller compared to some other brands. Also, the amount of fish oil, 1200 mg, in the serving size, 2 pills daily, was perfect for what she was recommended to take daily.

High quality fish oil supplement with no aftertaste

I’ve been taking fish oils supplements for years, I don’t eat much fish in my typical diet so for me it’s a necessity. It helps manage my cholesterol levels and gives me the required doses of essential fatty acids. After taking this for more than a month I feel about the same and will probably stick with this brand as it’s a good value. There is no fishy aftertaste or comebacks from this product.
