Vitamin D3 5,000 IU

My vitamin D was super low so was recommended a high dose. I chose this from the healthy description and within a couple of days my energy level was returning and I no longer needed a long daily nap. They are small and very easy to swollow.

I take vitamin D to supplement my abnormally low levels of the nutrient. Because vitamin D is so important for general health and especially for normal functioning of the immune system, my doctor advised me to take the vitamin as a supplement. The recommended dosage of these easy to swallow mini-softgels is one per day. Each bottle contains 360 softgels which means that it contains nearly a full year's supply. But each softgel contains 5000 iu, a very robust amount. Since my physician suggested that I take 2000 iu per day, I am taking one softgel every other day, making this bottle essentially a two year supply of vitamin D. That's a very generous amount. The softgels are relatively small and very easy to swallow. That makes this is an excellent value for such an important nutrient. I'm very satisfied with this product.

I live in Seattle. So i need so much vitamin D :) this medicines made up for my lack.
